(e.g. Facebook and Instagram) or the website services, you are consenting to the collection
and use (as outlined in this Privacy Policy) of this information.
This Privacy Policy covers all the businesses in the Kabab Nation Group of entities and the
following entity, TAFA Corp Pty Ltd ACN 677 646 392 trading as Kebab Nation, together with
any of its Associated Entities. Kebab Nation Group and the Associated Entities, together
defined throughout this Agreement as Kabab Nation (‘Kabab Nation’) and referred to
throughout the Privacy Policy as “we” “us” or “our”. Where applicable, Kabab Nation will also
be the applicable data controller and will be responsible for your personal information.
Kabab Nation takes your privacy seriously and is committed to its compliance with the
Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (‘Privacy Principles’).
SECTION 2 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our stores, or online as part of the buying and selling
process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address and
email address.
When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet
protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your
browser and operating system. With our social media channels, we collect your handle/user
name and any other information which the specific social media channel allows us to collect
for marketing purposes, to which you agree when you use a particular social medial channel.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our
business, new venues, exclusive promotions and opportunities.
By providing your personal information to a third party, you will be deemed to have
authorised that third party to provide your personal information to us. We will rely on the
authority of that third party and you will be deemed to have consented to your personal
information being collected by us and being stored, used, processed and disclosed as set

What information do we collect?
Personal information has the meaning given to it under your local data protection laws and
generally means information which relates to an individual who can be identified from that

extent permitted by the local data protection laws you consent to us collecting that sensitive
information for the purpose for which it was collected and being stored, used, processed and

1. all personal information that is collected, stored, used, processed and disclosed by
Kabab Nation when you purchase our services or goods;
2. the use of personal information that is collected, stored, used, processed and
disclosed when you participate in our events, promotions or contests or otherwise
interact with us (e.g. through social media); and
3. how we process your personal information, who we might share it with and what
controls and rights you have in respect of it.

website or any of our services or provide us with any personal information.
SECTION 4 – DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you
violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 5 – SQUARESPACE
Our website is hosted on SquareSpace. They provide us with the online platform that allows
us to provide information on our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through SquareSpace’s data storage, databases and the general
SquareSpace application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
SECTION 6 – PAYMENT AND ORDERING
All payments for purchases of our products made on the Kabab Nation website are through
Menulog, UberEats or DoorDash, depending on which of these three partners you choose
for the purchase and delivery of our products.

For payments in our stores, we accept major credit cards such as MasterCard and Visa, but
we do not store any credit card information. Our stores use eftpos machines provided by
their respective bank and all payments are done through those eftpos machines. For any
terms and conditions of your Visa or MasterCard, please refer to your bank.
If you use Apple Pay or Google Pay, to place an order on our website, mobile website or our
store, then your details will be received by the selected payment supplier in order to process

Kabab Nation may use the services of BDC Franchise Recruitment Partners in the process
of recruiting, screening and selecting franchisees on its behalf. Your data will only be shared
with BDC Franchise Recruitment Partners to allow us to deliver the services agreed to
